I only bought this because is is white (I wanted it for my bedroom) and it looks much smarter than some of the ones I have seen on the high street, but it is even better than it looks on the website. Easy to install and a nice simple menu.
I placed my order and it arrived the next day. The CD was missing so I returned the original one and the replacement arrived the next day.
Returning the first one was as simple as can be - a link for a label - emailed the courier and it disappeared as if by magic.
I am totally impressed with the service provided by Amazon - much better than tramping round the high street.

Really pleased with this tv--its the first puchase of a polaroid tv i have made. The sound quality is excellent and the pic quality really clear. Other people have commented on the pic quality as well. Wish it was on a swivel base but it seems that none of the smaller tv's are. A great tv for the kitchen and looks bigger than 19". Definately would recommend.

Just received this TV, picture is great, u have to get a good antenna, it has all the options usb, dvd etc.... it plays everything divx xvid etc.... looks very good as well and tuned all the digital channels, this does depend on where u live

This television is absolutely fantastic exactly what we had been searching for in the local shops without avail. Size perfect from bottom of stand to top of tv 15" so does not touch above cupboards.Colour perfect for my kitchen, quality of picture superb, sound amazing quality. DVD player of equal quality all round. Freeview channels received depends on individual areas but we have the majority. Setting up and tuning was so simple. Can't understand why more Polaroid televisions are not found easily in shops as once customers saw the quality there would be numerous sales. The CD was missing (users instructions) but the booklet was fully informative. (Amazon are trying to trace a replacement CD.) An excellent choice of combi TV and without having to pay a high price.

Had not thought about polaroid as a TV producer however, the TV was great to set up - all very simple and straightforward. Nice having a white bit of kit and not a big lump of black. Thanks
